the Vale of Pewsey and is lovely – there are rolling hills at every turn. At Cuckoo’s Knob (!) there are the last four locks which took us up into the summit pound. Up till now it had been a lovely day but of course as we got to the locks the heavens opened – I actually managed to get a photo of the rain coming in! We wanted to get to the top of Crofton Locks for the night and went down through the top lock and found a very nice place to moor.
I am Linda and along with my husband Richard and our dog Oreo we enjoy our summers on the UK's canal system
