Not a very good day as I was poorly. I woke up feeling a bit sick but as we progressed down the Severn I started to feel more and more sick and also had a headache. By the time we got to Worcester I was fast asleep and feeling rotten. The sickness just kept on hanging on in there until about 5pm when I was actually sick. I started to feel a bit better after that but nowhere near 100%. Richard meanwhile took himself off to have a wander round Worcester – I will have to wait until we are back in a few days time.

Sunday 31st July
